From the Instructor: Jeanne Knowles
I am a local Art Educator and Potter who has been playing in clay since my college days. I graduated from Mt. St. Vincent University in Riverdale, NY, and after falling in love with this area, I relocated and began my 30 Art Teaching career, teaching K-12 classes at several local schools until settling down at Milford Central School where I taught Elementary, Middle School, and HS Art. Twenty years later I retired from MCS. I now happily spend my days with my husband Steve on Crumhorn Mountain, in my home pottery studio creating wheel thrown pieces. My days are busy but once a teacher, always a teacher, and I look forward to the opportunity to be back in the classroom!
